We’re hiring a customer happiness associate to be a part of Geektrust!

Geektrust helps developers connect with great opportunities. We believe resumes are an awful way of finding good developers. Where you studied or where you’ve worked in the past is really no indication of your current skill. Every developer should be able to fulfil their true potential just based on their ability to write good code.

We are a small, close-knit team that is looking to build a world-class platform for developers and companies to discover each other. We’re boot strapped and revenue generating.

Who is this for

  • You love to connect with people and rapport building comes naturally to you
  • You have empathy for people and take the effort to understand their aspirations and go the extra mile to make sure they find the best opportunities they can get. You truly get happiness from helping people.
  • Detail oriented, and posses good verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech savvy and unafraid to learn new tools that will help you get the job done better, quicker (Slack, WhatsApp, Geektrust internal tools)
  • Have between 0–2 years of experience in a customer support role. Freshers with the skills above can absolutely apply

Responsibilities

  • Engage with developers who register on Geektrust via email/message/phone calls
  • Answer and resolve any questions developers on Geektrust may have — regarding companies, or about anything else at Geektrust
  • Ensure every developer’s experience on Geektrust is of the highest quality
  • Work with product, development and marketing teams at Geektrust to improve the overall experience of using Geektrust
  • Identify and document a good, repeatable on-boarding experience for developers

Work related

  • We work 8 hours a day (10–6:30 usually) from Mon — Fri
  • Weekend work is almost nil but there might be the odd request from a developer we need to cater to
